By using Nobutas LLC services, you agree to the following terms.
Nobutas LLC provides automated missed-call text-back and appointment scheduling services for small businesses. Services are provided on a subscription basis with a one-time setup fee and recurring monthly service fee.
By calling a business phone number powered by Nobutas, you consent to receive automated SMS responses from that business. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
Nobutas offers a written 30-day guarantee: if we do not book at least one recovered job through our system in your first month of service, we will refund your setup fee in full. The guarantee applies only to bookings made through Nobutas's automated text-back system and verifiable in the HighLevel dashboard. Recovered jobs booked through other channels (referrals, direct inbound calls, etc.) do not count toward this guarantee.
Monthly service is provided month-to-month. You may cancel at any time with 30 days notice. No refunds are provided for partial months of service after the guarantee period.
Nobutas LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability in any given month is limited to the monthly service fee paid for that month.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.
Nobutas LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email.
