We retain conversation data for as long as the underlying client business is using Nobutas, plus a reasonable period afterward for our records. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing the address below.
We use HighLevel (LeadConnector) for our SMS and CRM infrastructure, Twilio for telephony, and Vercel for hosting. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.
